I created this blog to chronicle our journey in starting our own food business. I'm 32, I've gone to school most of my life and got a decent job working as an attorney for the government. I've always wanted to cook. After my first year of law school I looked into transferring to culinary school... but the thought of having two huge student loans, and my research into the starting salary of a chef deterred me from pursuing that.
Jerry is my Fiance, We've been engaged since April of this year. We've always known that eventually we would like to start our own business, and the recent gourmet food truck news coverage was an inspiration for us. We've recentl started the preparation for getting our own food business on the road, and I wanted to write down all the experiences that we had along the way.
